To assist with the delivery of the Pre-Academy Coaching Programme as set out by the Pre-Academy Lead, Academy Manager/Head of Coaching.
To be available to work Monday & Friday evenings.
To be available to work on Saturdays with varying kick-off times.
To be open to assisting with additional recruitment events such as Festivals and Talent ID sessions.
To attend at least 5 hours of “in service” training each year provided by the FA and to maintain Emergency First Aid qualification.
To attend “in service” training as part of their CPD as organised by the Football Club.
Establish a strong link between local schools, grassroots football clubs, and grassroots coaches for recruitment purposes.
To liaise with the Pre-Academy Lead regarding recruitment, retention, and releases within the phase.
To ensure all Pre-Academy players are in a safe environment at all times during training and fixtures.
Report any grievances, whether personal or player-based, to the Welfare Officer or Academy Manager.
Ensure all injuries are reported to the Medical Department.
