As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own the full marketing lifecycle for a diverse client portfolio, from local gems to national names. Your work will directly shape digital growth, engagement, and brand visibility. You’ll be responsible for: Campaign Leadership : Plan and execute innovative digital campaigns across channels. Client Management : Act as the primary digital lead, nurturing strong client relationships. Insight & Reporting : Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights. Growth Strategy : Spot upsell opportunities and shape clients’ digital roadmaps. Team Collaboration : Work with design, content, and dev teams to bring campaigns to life. What We're Looking For A marketing professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in: Organic Social : Content planning, briefing, scheduling, engagement. Paid Ads : Running and optimising Meta & Google Ads. SEO : Tools, audits, traffic analysis, rankings. Email Marketing : Content creation and campaign scheduling (Mailchimp or similar). Content Writing : Engaging and discoverable content across platforms. Analytics & Reporting : Proficiency in Google Analytics, social metrics, and campaign reporting.
