Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a part-time Accounts Assistant to join an exciting Professional Services company with a fantastic reputation in their market based in central Bristol.
This role will be part-time with circa 20-25 hours per week that can be spread across 3-4 days
Salary on the position is £32,000-£36,000 (FTE) plus wider benefits package
Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Enter supplier invoices into Sage
* Match invoices to Po's
* Maintain purchase ledger
* Prepare payment runs for approval
* Post sales invoices
* Allocate customer receipts
* Assist with basic debtor follow-up
* Post bank transactions
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Post credit card transactions
* Support month-end with routine tasks
Person specification:
* 3+ years varied transactional finance experience
* Good Excel skills
* Strong communicator across all levels
* Ability to self manage
