Our Team Leaders here at Change Grow Live play an integral role in ensuring an effective service provision for our service users by creating a focused culture, engaging staff to provide an innovative and continually improving service and provide leadership, support, and development to a wide range of staff.
The post holder will have the oversight of our community café in Halton. Our Community café is well established and open to service users and the community five days per week, Our Café is run by a Café Lead whom you will line manage, Our Café lead is also supported by Volunteers to ensure that our Café runs efficiently.

Part Time Hours 30 per week - hours can be discussed at interview
Full Time Salary Range £35,220.59 - £37,184.90 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
Contract 12 Month fixed term contract from start date
* Please note Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
About the role
* Operational line management of a team of staff which includes supervision (with reflective practice), appraisal, performance and sickness management as well as ensuring staff follow CGL and external policies applicable to their roles.
* Working in collaboration with our psychology and community teams, to develop, manage and monitor the quality our programmes of group psychosocial interventions citywide.
* Empowering staff to promote hope, empowerment, choices, control, and opportunities that assist service users reaching their full potential as individuals and community members.
* Work with your team and Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure that the practices within the team/service enable identification of service users, children and families who are at risk. Ensure that staff are competent in the delivery of interventions that reduce risk to service users.
* Support staff to improve service user outcomes through observed practice, providing timely values-based feedback.
* Lead on the recruitment, selection and induction of staff.
About you
* Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
* Knowledge and experience of developing and leading health and social care services and delivering services which evidence high performance and quality standards.
* Knowledge and experience of planning, delivering and monitoring programmes of PSI interventions
* Manage the rota of staff, working with other managers to ensure all elements of the service are covered appropriately.
* Able to lead, inspire and develop a team.
* Ensuring quality of service delivery through data analysis and engaging staff in service quality improvement planning. Where necessary, create team and individual performance plans to improve quality and performance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to use common MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook).
