Band 5 Dietitian - Vanrath are delighted to be partnering with HSCNI (Western Trust) to recruit on their behalf a qualified Dietitian to join their team. In this role, you'll manage caseloads and undertake assessments, you will work closely with the specialist multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Calculate individial dietary requirements for patients in accordance with their clinical condition, dietetic assessment and applicable evidence based standards. Advise and review patients as necessary on the managamenet of their dietary treatment, as per evidence based standards/locally agreed pathway. Carry out detailed nutritional assessments, to include the calculation of nutritional requirements based on the interpretation of biochemistry, anthropometry, clinical condition and other physcial parameters. Co-ordinate and educate staff to ensure that patients on therapeutic diets receive suitable menus and snacks as advised. Monitor and evaluate treatment in order t measure progress and ensure effectivness of the intervention.
