Located in the heart of Sunderland, they are now seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their growing team.
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be an integral part of their litigation department, providing high-quality legal services to a diverse client base. You will handle a wide range of dispute resolution matters, including commercial disputes, property litigation, and contractual disagreements.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters.
·Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
·Draft legal documents and correspondence with a keen eye for detail.
·Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the department's targets and objectives are met.
·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments.
The Ideal Candidate:
·Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
·2+ years PQE with a focus on dispute resolution.
·Strong academic background and excellent technical skills.
·Proven track record of successfully managing a busy caseload.
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
·Team player with a commitment to personal and professional development.
