Overview
Delivery Postie with Driving. Location: Twickenham Delivery Office, TW1 1AQ. Job type: Permanent contract. Hours: 30 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday – Sunday with 2 rotating rest days, working between 08:40 and 14:40. Flexibility will be required. Due to operational demand, you will be required to work weekends; Sunday working will be 09:00–15:00 at Jubilee Mail Centre (Currently 2 in 4 Sundays).

Responsibilities
A Postie delivers for your local community, whatever the weather. This is a physical job that keeps you fit, delivering letters and parcels to households and small businesses, ensuring timely and accurate service. You will be part of the fabric of the nation, bringing trust to the doorstep and supporting customers with pride.

* Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

* A guaranteed hourly rate of 15.50 p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
* Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 hours a week
* 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week) and the option to buy extra leave each year
