About the Role As our new Technical Business Analyst you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather and analyse requirements, translate them into clear documentation for technical teams and help design workflows or systems, ensuring solutions align with business goals. What You'll Be Doing Scope and define system requirements based on input from stakeholders and subject matter experts. Author and maintain detailed requirements documentation and diagrams for our systems projects. Understand our system architecture in detail and apply your knowledge to generate solution proposals. Support the sales team as a technical point of contact during the pre and post-sales process. Support our Bids and Proposals team in the development of technical content for sales proposals. Work hand in hand with the Product Management team to help evolve our product based on insight from project and customer requirements. What You'll Bring You have a customer focused mindset and a desire to solve customer challenges. You’re skilled in requirements definition and comfortable managing a complex and evolving set of requirements for software and physical products. You have experience developing technology solutions for government, blue light or defence customers. You have a technical background, ideally with a degree in a technical field, and a breadth of understanding across software, hardware, surveillance sensors and networks You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’re comfortable working at pace, managing change and removing uncertainty. A clear and concise communicator, able to bring complex topics to a non-technical audience and infer requirements from non-technical stakeholders and users. Any experience in the maritime, asset tracking or command and control domains is a bonus, as is experience with radio communications systems or IoT products.
