Service Advisor Commercial Vehicles Location: Sheffield £30,000 Basic Overtime 1.5x Saturday Rate A well-established commercial vehicle dealership group is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy workshop team. Hours: MonFri 9am6pm (42.5 hrs) 1 in 2 Saturdays 6am12pm (paid at 1.5x) The Role: Raising job cards & invoices (Kerridge DMS) Managing service bookings & workshop loading Liaising with technicians & subcontractors Handling customer enquiries (phone & front desk) Providing estimates & updating customers on progress Requirements: Previous Service Advisor experience HGV Licence and O Licence (Desirable) Strong organisation & communication skills Benefits: Paid overtime Increased holiday with service Healthcare scheme Cycle to work scheme Stable, long-established business
