Part-Time Lettings Accounts Administrator - start NOW!
Are you a detail-oriented accounts professional with a passion for property management? Our client is on the lookout for a Part-Time Lettings Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic team! This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our letting operations, working 30 hours a week with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Check and manage daily emails.
Reconcile bank accounts with precision.
Process rent payments efficiently.
Prepare statements for landlords and tenants.
Handle BACS payments and process deposit returns.
Manage contractor invoices and payments.
Prepare remittance advice and handle queries from landlords, tenants, and suppliers.
Complete quarterly and annual HMRC returns.
Oversee credit control, including following up on outstanding balances.
Input sales and purchase invoices in Sage and prepare purchase invoices for payment.
Assist with parking permit renewals and other administrative tasks.Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounts role.
Experience in property lettings accounts is a plus but not essential.
Familiarity with Sage, Axia, or similar lettings software is advantageous (training will be provided).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
