Specialized Concept Store Ruislip is looking to recruit a Workshop Manager/Operations Manager. This is a full time permanent position.
We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our busy workshop team.
The ideal candidate must have a love of all things cycling and the ability to bring that enthusiasm to our team and customers every day.
The role entails:
Managing a customer’s bikes journey through our business.
Managing the workshop teams days and workload.
Managing workshop stock, warranty work and product recalls.
Liasing with the brand on warranty and component issues.
Answering phone and email enquiries.
Stock control and stock takes.
Managing the assembly of bikes for shipping and store display.
Assisting the workshop team where necessary.
Assisting the sales team as required.
Skills/Experience Required
We need a candidate who loves being part of a team and is able to motivate and inspire that team. It’s all about the right attitude and personality.

Salary: subject to experience.
