Job Description
Hays Education is seeking a committed and compassionate Resource Base Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Ellesmere Port. This full-time role begins after the Easter break and will run until the end of the academic year, with a strong possibility of continuing into the next academic year for the right candidate.

Your new role
As the Resource Base Teacher, you will:
* Lead teaching and learning for a small group of pupils with diverse needs
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that support academic, social, and emotional development
* Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCO, and external professionals
* Maintain strong communication with parents and carers
* Contribute to the wider inclusion strategy across the school
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with pupils with SEND, ideally in a resource base or specialist setting
* Strong understanding of adaptive teaching and individualised learning plans
* Excellent communication, patience, and behaviour-support skills
* A nurturing, resilient, and proactive approach
