This is an exciting opportunity to join the Citizen Watch UK Marketing Team as the Digital Performance Marketing Executive, working across multiple brands, including Citizen, Bulova, Frederique Constant and Alpina.
The primary focus of this role is to drive performance marketing programmes, including Paid Search Campaigns (Google Ads, Shopping & Lead Generation), Performance SEO and Affiliate programmes.
The role will encompass setting up campaigns, performance analysis, consumer analysis and reporting across these digital activities, ensuring the performance marketing matches the business goals and sharing consumer insight from channels and websites.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, SEO, and Affiliate channels to drive ROI
* Collaborate with agencies to deliver best‑in‑class campaign execution and continuous performance improvements
* Plan, launch, and scale acquisition campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions
* Manage and grow affiliate partnerships through compelling content, offers, and promotional assets
* Develop and optimise landing pages to enhance customer experience and maximise conversion rates
* Monitor budgets and campaign spend, making data‑driven adjustments to improve efficiency and returns
* Analyse performance data and KPIs, translating insights into actionable strategies
* Track customer behaviour and channel trends to refine targeting and improve the customer journey
* Produce clear, insightful reporting to inform stakeholders and support decision‑making
* Stay up to date with digital and eCommerce trends, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Bring proven experience across performance marketing channels (Paid Search, Demand Generation, Affiliates, and SEO), with a strong focus on driving acquisition and ROI, ideally within a consumer brand
* Be highly data‑driven, with a track record of analysing customer and consumer data to inform strategy and optimise performance
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics
* Have hands‑on experience planning, executing, and tracking campaigns that drive meaningful consumer engagement
* Communicate with clarity and confidence, both in writing and verbally, across a range of stakeholders
* Be a collaborative team player who thrives in cross‑functional environments
* Bring curiosity and creativity. Be confident in presenting ideas, challenging thinking, and developing innovative solutions
* Be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Show initiative as a self‑starter, with the motivation and ownership mindset to shape and grow a key role within the marketing team
