Senior Quantity Surveyor - Regional Contractor
A growing privately-owned building contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading regional contractor delivering projects across commercial, blue-light, education, training, healthcare, and leisure sectors ranging from £5m - £35m.
The initial project is a refurbishment of a police station valued at £8m, where you would work as the commercial lead alongside an experienced project delivery team.

Requirements:
1. Experience managing sub-contractor variations
2. Experience working with a building contractor
3. Experience dealing with final accounts
4. Industry related qualification
Key Duties:
1. Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
2. Dealing with variations and valuations
3. Input during pre-construction stage
4. Production of CVRs

Salary & Package:
1. Basic salary of £62,500 - £67,500 (DOE)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £2m+.
