Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inbound and Outbound Call Centre Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers, identify their needs, and offer suitable products or services to close sales. You will also provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle high volumes of inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
* Build rapport with customers and assess their needs quickly.
* Promote and sell products or services that best suit the customer's requirements.
* Accurately update customer records and sales notes in the CRM system.
* Resolve customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.
* Provide clear and concise product/service information.
* Follow all compliance and data protection guidelines during interactions.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Confident and persuasive with a customer-first attitude.
* Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software.
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings if required.
