Lithia UK Head Office Receptionist – Head Office Based (Annesley, Nottingham) 16 hours per week to be worked on Monday & Tuesday’s with opportunity occasional cover where needed Salary of £10,192, pension, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays, pro-rata for part-time), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services An exciting opportunity has become available to join Lithia UK’s central team as a Head Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role plays a crucial part in shaping the experience of everyone who connects with our business. From greeting senior stakeholders and shareholders to coordinating incoming calls and supporting various departments, the Receptionist ensures a warm, professional, and seamless front-of-house experience. This is more than a front desk role—it’s about being at the heart of our business operations. What does the role of Receptionist involve? Welcoming visitors to the building and directing them to the appropriate person or department in a professional and courteous manner Handling a high volume of incoming calls, transferring them to the correct contacts and taking clear messages when needed Managing general inquiries, providing helpful and informed answers regarding our company and departments, or signposting the caller to the correct information source Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as document updates, meeting room bookings, ordering supplies, and general correspondence using Microsoft 365 Maintaining a tidy, organised and welcoming reception area, ensuring that it always reflects the professional image of Lithia UK and complies with health and safety standards Overseeing front desk operations, including visitor registration, issuing security passes, logging deliveries, and ensuring that building access procedures are followed correctly Do you have what it takes to be a Lithia UK Associate?
