We have an opportunity for a Principal Demand Generation Representative to join us at Honeywell, UK based, where you will be a true hunter, a challenger, and a seller, capable of building strong relationships up and down the executive levels of new and major specifier-consultants, end-users, general contracting firms (G/C’s), Engineering Procurement Contractors’ (EPC’s) or OEM’s. You will be responsible for positioning the company’s products and software in a targeted verticals and increase the share of wallet for the company. Responsibility includes finding, generating, and developing new relationships with key stakeholders and influence to drive preference for the company’s products and software. Developing parent projects from external databases, campaigns, or events to ensure that they are handed and distributed to local demand generation and elevated to opportunities.
This is a remote role, with 25% travel.

Key Responsibilities:
* Team player and partner in liaising with Local Demand Generation and other project influencers to secure hard specifications that meet and exceed customers’ requirements with winning value propositions and proposals that win orders and achieve or exceed Target.
* Networking with other influencers, insurance companies, regulatory bodies, vertical forums, other bodies (ie. women in fire).
* Creates awareness and demand for company products and software by co-developing content and campaigns with the Vertical Marcom lead, and actively promotes through social media channels.
* Collaborates with the Vertical Offering Management lead to highlight offering needs that meet specific vertical performance requirements, currently not addressed.
* Responsible for developing joint-expansion DemandGen activities with select distribution/partners that have a complementary vertical focus in regional markets. Other activities include position of New Product Introductions (NPI’s) in target verticals, scale adoption of Self-Specification tools and coordinate cross-sell demand generation opportunities with BMS, Security, HPS and HBS.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Sales background is a pre-requisite.
* The confidence, drive and energy to sell solutions.
* First class presentation skills.
* Strong team player, highly motivated and self-reliant.
* Strong commercial or lead generation background, with a very good understanding of the target verticals and client requirements
