Position Role: Principal advisor to the Commander on Engagement matters and responsible for the coordination of all Engagement, Communications and Outreach activity within HQ 51 Infantry Brigade & HQ Scotland AOR. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the coordination of all Engagement, Outreach activity across the JMC AOR. 2. Develop, inform and implement the HQ 51 Inf Bde and HQ Scotland Engagement Plan across Scotland. 3. Ensure all engagement activity is conducted efficiently and within the allocated resources. 4. Identify, develop and exploit Engagement and Outreach opportunities. 5. Line manager responsibilities for the G9 branch staff. 6. Maintain close liaison with the MOD, Local Government and Councils. GOS Policy advisor and Tri-Service staff as directed. 7. Support and deliver bespoke engagement projects (e.g. Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo Engagement, Army Expo etc) as directed
