ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: As an Associate Project Manager you will join SITA's Global Privacy Office. Working with the Data Privacy Technical Manager and your colleagues, you will help embed and maintain Privacy by Design compliance across SITA products and services, capturing risks and identifying mitigations, solutions and requirements. You'll be comfortable delivering training and awareness and be keen to contribute to the wider activities of the Global Privacy Office as part of your own personal development in privacy. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Work with the Global Privacy Office to develop, maintain, and evolve SITA's privacy program; Execute privacy risk assessments for SITA products and services, documenting the supporting evidence and ensuring that there are robust audit trails; Track privacy by design risks and mitigations as part of second line monitoring, escalating to the Data Privacy Technical Manager where actions are overdue or incomplete; Provide timely KPI reporting and dashboards, identifying trends and patterns in data; Support and deliver privacy training and awareness, with a strong focus on Privacy by Design and what constitutes appropriate risk based technical and operational measures; Participate in the Privacy triage process; and Represent the Global Privacy Office in day-to-day activities with our business, legal, and technology business stakeholders and the wider privacy community. Qualifications EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years experience in a privacy role within a data driven organization; Good understanding of global data protection laws, standards and associated compliance requirements; Robust working knowledge of OneTrust, PowerBI, dashboard creation and reporting; Ability to prioritize workload effectively and work independently whilst collaborating across multiple business functions and teams; Excellent and concise written and verbal communication skills; Strong team player with a positive attitude, sense of humor and a desire to learn; CIP/T accreditation preferred; and Experience of implementation of software development and / or applications, desirable.
