Contract type: Permanent Location: Remote, site-based Hours: 40-hour working week Monday to Friday plus regular overtime and travel & some overnight stay required Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will carry out servicing and repairs on Dolphin products on customer sites nationwide. You will gain and maintain in-depth technical understanding of Dolphin products and various components, being able to confidently and safely carry out the necessary works. You will also produce site reports and maintain regular contact with the Customer Service team in the office.
