We are currently seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Transport Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily transport schedules, driver routes, and delivery times
* Maintain accurate records, including vehicle logs, driver hours, and transport documentation
* Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments
* Process delivery notes, manifests, and compliance paperwork
* Monitor fleet compliance, including MOT, servicing, and maintenance scheduling
* Assist in resolving transport-related queries and operational issues
* Update internal systems with real-time delivery and vehicle information
* Support the Transport Manager with reporting and administrative tasks
Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in transport, logistics, or a similar administrative role (preferred)
2. Strong organisational and time-management skills
3. Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
