We’re recruiting for an experienced and proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our site facilities and infrastructure. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvements that enable smooth and uninterrupted operations across the facility.This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is strong at juggling priorities, and is passionate about maintaining exceptional facility standards.

Your new role:
2. Oversee the smooth running and maintenance of buildings, equipmen, utilities and site grounds
3. Ensure a safe, functional and compliant working environment
4. Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
5. Reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability across the site
6. Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service partners
7. Ensure quality delivery, cost efficiency and compliance with standards
8. Maintain adherence to all environmental, health and safety regulations
9. Support corporate sustainability and compliance goalsOversee critical utilities including electricity, water, HVAC, compressed air and more
10. Ensure availability and reliability to support production activities
11. Lead, mentor and develop a team of facility technicians
12. Foster a culture of safety, ownership and continuous improvement
13. Deliver site improvement initiatives such as space planning, energy‑efficiency upgrades and infrastructure enhancements
14. Contribute to long‑term facility optimisation and sustainability
Your ideal background:
15. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
16. Experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
17. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, building systems, and utilities
18. Proven experience supervising teams and managing vendors or contractors
19. Excellent problem‑solving, organisational, and project‑management skills
20. Effective communicator who can work collaboratively across departments and levels
