The Role As an integral part of our Mobile BMS engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing BMS (Building Management System) infrastructure upgrades. These upgrades not only enhance building performance but also pave the way for smart-enabled environments. You'll frequently engage in small works projects and liaise with subcontractors daily. As a Mobile BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing BMS systems across various client sites. You will play a vital role in enhancing energy efficiency, ensuring system reliability, and spearheading digital transformation for our clients. This Mobile BMS Engineer position is a Monday to Friday days position and will involve travelling to sites within London and the Home Counties. Responsibilities * Conduct both routine and reactive maintenance on our BMS systems. * Install, configure, and maintain BMS hardware and software components, including controllers, sensors, and actuators. * Draft quotations for BMS modifications or new installations. * Identify and suggest opportunities for system improvements or upgrades. * Liaise with Subcontractors and lead small works projects Qualifications & Experience * City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical engineering * 18th Edition * City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspection * AM2 * ECS Gold Card * A minimum of 3 years electrical engineering experience * Hands on experience of installing and maintaining BMS and HVAC systems.
