Toolpak are pleased to be recruiting for a full time Sales Administrator to join a leading importer, exporter, wholesaler and distributor of power tool accessories based in Wrexham, North Wales.

This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading power tool accessories distributors. A fantastic time to take the next step into your customer service and administrative development.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our friendly and professional team in Wrexham. This is a varied and dynamic role that plays a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our business, supporting both the accounts and sales internal teams.

Industry knowledge useful but not essential.

Core Responsibilities:

* Order Processing: Taking and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, via email and telephone.
* Customer Service:Answering customer questions, addressing enquiries, and providing after-sales support.
* Record Management:Maintaining and updating customer records, sales records, and databases across all systems.
* Reporting and Analysis:Compiling sales reports, monitoring sales performance, and identifying trends.
* Communication and Collaboration: Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes.Communicating effectively with customers and the sales team.Providing support to the sales team to help them meet their goals.
* Administrative Tasks: Handling paperwork, and other administrative duties as needed.

Additional Skills and Qualities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and the sales team.

·Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.

·Customer Service Skills:

A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to resolve issues effectively.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

·Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other relevant software.

·Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to orders, accounts, and other sales-related matters
