What We Are Looking For...
* Drive sales & maximise profit - responsible for identifying opportunities to increase your store's contribution. Ensure high standards in store layout, analyze reports, conduct daily floor walks, delegate effectively, monitor competitor activity, and communicate trade feedback at all levels.
* Connect with our customers - ensure every customer receives a world-class shopping experience. Lead by example, motivate your team to provide genuine service, and encourage upselling across all store areas.
* Recruit & retain the best talent - passionate about your team’s development. Recruit, train, coach, and manage performance to create future managers and drive succession.
* Control costs & manage loss prevention - manage payroll efficiently, deter theft through excellent service, and ensure effective stock management controls are in place.
* Have a proven track record in managing store KPI’s including sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss, and service.
* Be a great communicator across all levels.
* Have great leadership skills.
* Be passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience.
* Previous experience at Store Manager level or as an experienced Deputy Manager seeking the next step.
