Graduate Executive Search Consultant Exceptional Earning Potential
Marketing and Communications is seeing exponential growth post pandemic, and this is a great time to be part of that journey. You will handle a mixture of fixed term contract and interim roles for a broad range of clients. You need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills and be comfortable talking to both clients and candidates. Approximately 40% of your day will be account management which will be a mixture of servicing new and existing clients as well as identifying new opportunities.

Basic Salary of £30,000 + uncapped commission. Average first year earnings £50,000

Telephoning/meeting businesses, looking to develop professional relationships.
Sourcing talent and managing the end to end recruitment process.
Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts, utilizing internal database and networking.
Working on behalf of candidates and clients.
Negotiating new business contracts.
Closing business deals.
Graduate Executive Search Consultant - Requirements:
Minimum 2:1 degree from University OR 6 months+ sales experience.
Passion, integrity, and ambition.
Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships or part-time jobs.
Inherent competitive nature.
Exceptional communication skills.
