Randstad Education is supporting a very popular primary school in Luton who are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their dedicated team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding lessons to pupils, using their initiative to think creatively, ensuring differentiation is set within each lesson and maintaining excellent pupil behaviour within the classroom.

As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for:
12. Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students
13. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning
14. Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing targeted interventions as needed
15. Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school's curriculum
16. Establishing effective communication with parents and guardians to support students' academic and social development
Requirements to get on board with us:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
17. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
18. Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, with a focus on Year 2
19. Right to work in the UK
20. 2 relevant professional /proven references
21. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures
22. An Enhanced DBS on the update service
23. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
24. Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for fostering a love of learning.
