Maintain and update scheme member records in line with data protection and compliance standards. Prepare benefit statements, quotations, and reports for members, employers, and trustees. Calculate leavers, retirements, transfers, deaths, and other member events accurately. Liaise with clients, actuaries, investment managers, and HMRC as required.
