Warehouse Operative
We are recruiting a full-time Warehouse Operative who is dedicated, detail-oriented and interested in a technical production.
This role provides an inside view of a technical production company, involving preparing and maintaining Audio-Visual equipment, loading and unloading vehicles, and managing inventory.
This varied full-time position is based within a fast-paced Technical Production team at our Poole location.
Key responsibilities include:
* Inspecting all outgoing and incoming equipment, including asset checks and visual inspections.
* Loading and unloading HGV vehicles.
* Cleaning and updating asset labels during check-in/out.
* Performing weekly cleaning of cases and equipment.
* Servicing and maintaining flight cases, ensuring wheels are tight and locked.
* Cleaning large video screens and monitors and checking accessories.
* Sweeping inside and outside areas to maintain cleanliness and keeping Bin and Recycling areas clear.
* Restocking supplies such as tapes and consumables.
* Checking, cleaning, and managing vehicle maintenance.
* Increasing knowledge of equipment and its locations.
* Performing general warehouse duties.
Skills required:
* Strong attention to detail.
* Forklift license preferred.
* Valid driving license and own transportation are essential.
* Professional and presentable appearance.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently.
