Location: London
Salary: £32,100 - £35,845 + £3,500 area allowance
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm (40 hours/week)

Our client, a provider of housing solutions, is seeking a Property Procurement & Acquisition Officer to cover London. This role is ideal for a property-focused professional looking to make a meaningful impact by sourcing and acquiring homes for communities.
Job Objective:
The officer manages a caseload, travels to meet stakeholders, and supports procurement and acquisition targets by sourcing properties, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong relationships. The role also includes administration, monitoring performance, and supporting portfolio development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Source and acquire properties in compliance with contracts, regulations, and accessibility requirements.
* Evaluate properties for suitability, including wheelchair access and case-specific needs, advising on modifications where needed.
* Negotiate terms with landlords and maintain relationships with stakeholders, local authorities, and agents.
* Maintain accurate records, monitor performance, and report on KPIs to meet deadlines and contractual standards.
* Work closely with the Special Administrator and senior management to optimise property portfolios and support urgent cases.
* Promote best practice, continuous improvement, and a positive health and safety culture across the supply chain.
* Manage day-to-day property administration, handovers, and internal compliance efficiently.
Required Skills:
* Experience in property sales, estate agency, or residential property management.
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and compliance skills.
* Ability to manage portfolios efficiently and meet KPIs.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and focused on continuous improvement.
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
