Job specification:
* Handling phone calls and responding swiftly to inquiries with top-notch efficiency.
* Distributing relevant literature, illustrations, and application forms to customers with precision.
* Proactively following up on inquiries to convert them into successful applications.
* Providing customers with timely progress updates upon request.
* Generating insightful ad-hoc management information reports regularly.
* Executing account transactions seamlessly for both new and existing customers.
Person specification:
* Must have GCSEs with grades A - C (minimum C in Math and English).
* Proven experience in customer service.
* Prior experience handling incoming telephone calls.
* A background in financial services, banking, or insurance is a plus.
* Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner.
