Our client, a well-established logistics business operating within a fast-paced environment, is looking to appoint an experienced Client Services Manager to lead their customer liaison function and strengthen key client relationships.
This is a hands-on role focused on client satisfaction, service delivery, and commercial growth, managing a customer-facing team while working closely with senior leadership.
The Role
As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
2. Leading, coaching, and developing the Customer Liaison team
3. Ensuring all client queries are handled professionally and within agreed timescales
4. Producing client-facing service and sales reports for senior management
5. Analysing customer feedback, identifying trends, and implementing action plans
6. Identifying opportunities to improve service levels and increase engagement
7. Creating and implementing client service strategies that support revenue growth
8. Overseeing the client liaison mailbox and ensuring bookings are secured and processed correctly
