Quest Search & Selection are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations & Brand Manager, looking after multi brand stores and the trading including the P&L of the stores, budgeting, and strategic delivery. You will also be focused on leading and developing a high-performing management team to achieve profitable, brand-compliant stores & selecting the ranges for the stores with the buying & merchandising team. Here you will ensure strong financial controls, effective operations, and full compliance with Health & Safety standards.
This well-established retail group is operating stores and real estate commercial property dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences & future CAPEX expenditure.

The roles & responsibilities of this Regional Operations & Brand Manager role:
* Build strong partnerships with franchise teams to drive effective commercial decisions.
* Ensure brand compliance and operational excellence across all 8-10 stores cross the island.
* Lead financial performance management including Sales, EBITDA, and cost control.
* Identify new franchise partners and growth opportunities in line with strategy.
* Develop and inspire high-performing teams aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee stock, merchandising, and marketing to maximise sales and profitability.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and HR policies.
* Drive a culture of accountability, pace, and performance across all levels.
The qualifications of this Regional Operations & Brand Manager Role:
* Proven experience in managing multiple stores and driving business performance in flagship store, area or regional capacity.
* Ideally have experience within high-street fashion, home, beauty or general merchandise within retail or wholesale environment.
* If you work in multi - brand environment within franchises, department stores etc this would be desirable
* Skilled in leading diverse teams and managing senior-level internal and external relationships.
* Commercially focused on understanding ranges reviews, space planning,& delivering with brands directly to provide the most effecting range for the stores
* Demonstrated ability to shape and deliver successful business strategies.
* Strong track record of achieving and sustaining sales growth and profitability in competitive markets.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
