Support Worker - Discharge to Assess
Location: Fife, community based
Salary: £22,932 (£12.60 per hour) per annum, pro rata
Hours: 16, 24 and 35 hours available
Contract: Permanent
This is a Regulated Service and successful candidates will be required to register with the Scottish Social Security Council (SSSC) within 3 months of starting.

What will a day in the life of a Support worker involve?
1. Work closely with people, their families and other professionals to create care plans tailored to their needs and goals.
2. Assist and enabling individuals with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation medication management, and mobility support.
