CNC Turner Programmer
Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands
Shift: 2 shifts available – Back Shift Monday to Thursday 14:30-01:00. Days available.
Salary: £16 to £18 p/h depending on experience + Shift allowance £1 p/h for back shift.
Must have full rights to work within the UK (no sponsorship offered).

Leading precision engineering firm based in Kingswinford specialising in high‑integrity fasteners and machined components for petrochemical, energy, and offshore sectors.
Due to continued investment and demand they are looking to add skilled CNC Turner Programmers to their growing team.
The Role
As a CNC Turner Programmer you will be responsible for:
* Programming, setting and operating Fanuc controlled CNC lathes.
* Producing high‑precision components to tight tolerances.
* Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings.
* Performing in‑process inspections using various measuring tools.
* Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency in the workshop.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a CNC Turner with strong programming and setting capabilities.
* Confident using Fanuc controls (experience with Mazatrol or Siemens is a bonus).
* Ability to read complex technical drawings and work with minimal supervision.
* Familiarity with working to tight tolerances in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment.
* Willingness to work the back shift schedule.
Desirable Skills
* Background in fastener or precision engineering sector.
* Understanding of AS9100 or other quality management systems.
