About the role
This is a new opportunity working as part of Domino's UK Sales Organisation to create a ‘Go to Market’ strategy for our C&M range of Domino products, including the K-Series, into selected sectors, utilising market drivers such as GS1 Digital Link and Sunrise 2027. Create and deliver opportunities to products, solutions and services to customers and prospects. Find and deliver early sales and then scale up and replicate through the UK Sales Team. Research target sectors, Life Sciences, Personal Care and Home-ware products and create a Marketing plan and campaigns along with solutions for the UK Channel to proactively deliver incremental sales.

About you
An experienced Business Development Manager that can analyse data and do the desk top research required to formulate a ‘Go to Market’ strategy, to then implement using Marketing resources, and to also have the ability to sell through others.
* Management and analysis of data.
* Good at coaching and influencing to sell through others.
* Negotiation and influence incorporating verbal and numerical reasoning.
* Strong writing skills for the development of sales tools and reporting.
* Planning, targeting, and achieving quantifiable results.
* Prospecting for generation of sales leads.
* Expertise in the management of customer sales meetings.
* Experience of planning, targeting, and achieving quantifiable results.
* Experience of technical capital sales solutions in manufacturing environments.
* Experience of industrial packaging environments.
