Location:
Oxfordshire – Home-based with travel across Oxfordshire for meetings, appointments, and events
Salary:
£26,000 pro rata per annum plus benefits
-33 days annual holiday pro rata (including bank holidays)
Hours:
Part-time, 26 hours per week
Contract:
Ongoing contract with excellent job security

We are seeking an exceptional Supported Employment Coach to join our Ready, Willing & Able team and make a real difference for people with learning disabilities and autism across Oxfordshire.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to lead our expansion into Oxfordshire, working with individuals in SeeAbility homes and others with learning disabilities to unlock their career potential. Since launching in 2021, our program has been breaking down employment barriers and demonstrating that with support, everyone can achieve their professional goals.

What we are looking for:

* Passion for workplace inclusion and breaking employment barriers
* Creativity and innovation in coaching approach
* Experience with the five-stage Supported Employment model (desirable but not essential)
