What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar education support role is essential
* Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
* Confident working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils
* Able to build strong, nurturing relationships with pupils and staff
* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
