Your part in the team:
Your role will see you working as part of our clinic coordination team to help integrate our vision into reality through excellent organisation and task implementation.

You will be directly involved and see first hand the impact that your clinic wide assistance has on the health and lives of those we serve and also have the opportunity to be involved in future expansions.
Your week will range from:
* Scheduling clients care plans
* Telesales calls with prospective new clients
* Customer service, feedback and client onboarding communication
* Ensuring the clinics are fully stocked and organised
* Arranged and participating in team social events
* Networking with the local community to boost or impact
What you will need to succeed:
* Thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment
* Be awesome on the phone including outbound call handling/telesales experience
* Be great with spreadsheets and CRM software
* Enjoy facilitating and organising a team
* Have the communication skills to build great relationships within all areas of the team and with clients too
* Have a full UK driving licence
The nitty gritty:
* Hybrid working. Tasks that can be done at home are encouraged to be done so however travel between all clinic locations will be necessary during the working week and especially during onboarding.
* This is a permanent post. Successful applicants will be appointed on probation for an initial 6 month period but subject to satisfactory performance will be employed on a permanent basis.
* The contract is for 40 hours per week. Wednesday availability is mandatory due to our team meetings. The clinics are open between 06:00 and 20:30, Monday to Friday and 6:00- 13:00 Saturday. You shift pattern will be based withing these operating hours.
* The initial pay scale will be determined by experience and suitability to the role at interview.
