We are a long-established, family-run haulage company seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Administrator to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and would like a flexible working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the transport office
* Answering phone calls and responding to customer queries
* Assisting with scheduling and paperwork for drivers and vehicles
* Scheduling vehicle maintenance and keeping compliance records up to date
* Ensuring delivery paperwork is accurately recorded ready for invoicing
* Scanning and filing paperwork to maintain organised records
* Checking driver timesheets and updating systems accordingly
* General office duties including filing, data entry, and email correspondence
What we're looking for:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office experience desirable)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administration is an advantage but not essential
