Auction Specialist/Business Development

Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Auction Specialist to join our team on a self-employed basis. This flexible opportunity (full-time or part-time) offers exceptional earning potential, with some of the most competitive commission rates in the auction industry.
The core focus of this role is to build, develop, and manage a strong network of Partner Agents within your designated area. By establishing strategic relationships with estate agents and property professionals, you will create a consistent pipeline of properties suitable for auction.
In addition to developing partner relationships, you will also identify, evaluate, and secure properties directly from vendors for sale by auction, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively build and maintain a network of Partner Agents within your territory.
* Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with estate agents and property professionals.
* Generate auction instructions both directly from vendors and via Partner Agent referrals.
* Identify and assess properties suitable for auction.
* Advise vendors and agents on the advantages, strategy, and procedures of the auction process.
* Deliver a highly professional, client-focused service to both buyers and sellers.
* Manage the full auction lifecycle, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and integrity throughout.
* Drive business development activity to grow market share in your area.
Earnings & Commission
This is a self-employed, commission-only role offering uncapped earning potential.
Our commission structure is among the best in the auction industry. You will earn commission on:
* Properties you secure directly from vendors
* Properties introduced and sold through your Partner Agent network
