About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for young students with SEN. This is a long-term temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate. The successful applicant will demonstrate empathy, flexibility, and quick thinking to meet individual student needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
To provide individualized support for students with SEN to enable them to learn effectively.
Assist teachers with classroom preparation and management
Listen attentively and respond to the individual needs of students
Apply resilience and adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles
Bring prior experience in a similar role, which is essential
