Are you a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives on keeping senior leaders focused, prepared, and one step ahead?
Elevation Recruitment Group is looking for an Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, managing priorities, and playing a key role behind the scenes of a high‑performing leadership team.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to the European Managing Director, ensuring their time is used effectively and they are fully prepared for every meeting, decision, and deadline. Flexibility will be required to work across time zones.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing complex executive calendars and scheduling meetings with multiple stakeholders.
* Preparing executives for meetings, including agendas, briefing notes, and follow‑ups.
* Handling emails and document requests on behalf of executives with professionalism and discretion.
* Drafting presentations, reports, meeting notes, and key documents.
What we’re looking for
* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage logistics in a fast‑paced environment.
* Exceptionally organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
