A London-based, fast-growing international property and fit-out contractor is expanding and looking to hire an Entry-Level Business Development Manager. This is a genuine opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales / business development within commercial real estate, no prior industry experience required. The Role
You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and managing a pipeline of prospective buyers and investors within the international property space.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities across international property markets
* Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and meetings to understand their needs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and property partners
* Set up appointments and support brokers in managing client pipelines
* Conduct market research using our in-house tools and resources
* Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales targets
* Contribute ideas and energy to a fast-paced, supportive team environment
