What you will do: Undertake Care Act Assessments and Reviews to ensure the needs of adults under 67 are met. Conduct Safeguarding investigations and Capacity and Best Interest Assessments. Engage in COP DOL work and act as a Duty Social Worker when required. Participate in Mental Health Act Assessments, with the possibility of some out-of-hours work. Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to address the complexities of each case. Offer expert guidance and support to families and clients.
