Key Benefits on Offer: * Stability & Longevity - Permanent position * Hours - Rotating Morning and Late shift * Competitive salary: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour shift allowance * Overtime available at enhanced rates * Internal training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities of a CNC Grinder: * Setting and operating CNC Grinding machines (including ring grinders and surface grinders) * Read and interpret complex engineering drawings * Self-inspect own parts using manual measuring equipment * Machining to tight tolerances to meet customer specifications Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate: * Able to set and operate CNC Grinding machines, including cylindrical grinders, surface or ring * Worked with large components within precision engineering * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings in metric and imperial measurements * Confidence in self-inspecting own parts using manual measuring equipment * At least 3 - 5 years of experience working in a similar role Desirables: * Apprentice trained Essential Requirements: * Unrestricted right to work in the UK * Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check If you are interested in the opportunity of the CNC Grinder and believe you meet the illustrated criteria, apply today to join our clients’ growing machining department located in Hinckley.
