Role Overview – CNC Turner / CNC Machinist / CNC Setter Operator

Salary: £17.00 – £22.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday – Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:30am (4-day week)
Overtime: Available at enhanced rate

You will be joining a great team, working within a clean and organised environment, producing high-precision parts and components. The nature of the work is small to medium batch with medium to high complexity.
Key Responsibilities
1. CNC Setting and operating CNC Turning machines (Fanuc controls) to tight aerospace tolerances
2. Work with premium materials including Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium, and Nylon
3. Interpret technical drawings and work to precise specifications
4. Record job timings accurately in the ERP system
5. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your workspace (6S)
6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
7. Proven experience in CNC Turning, ideally within aerospace or other high-precision sectors
8. Skilled in setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
9. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
10. Experience working to tight tolerances on complex components
11. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team on a late shift
