We are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school team. Duties as a Cover Supervisor: Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and engagement Support students in their learning and encourage a positive classroom environment Ideal Cover Supervisor: Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting Strong communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills as a Cover Supervisor.
