Role Overview The Quality & Customer Account Coordinator will manage client accounts from sampling to order placement through to delivery, ensuring clear communication, accurate order handling, and exceptional service throughout. The role also includes oversight of Quality Control checks working to ISO 9001 standards to ensure products meet customer expectations and internal quality standards and supporting production operations from start to finish.
