Job Title: Contract Manager
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Contract Manager to join the team located in LOCATION.

Role Summary:
* Responsible for the contract management of staff, operation, and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works, and building performance.
* Manage the Engineering team daily, ensuring compliance with CBRE disciplinary processes and procedures.
* Complete weekly operations reports for the client and attend weekly operations meetings and client meetings as requested.
* Develop contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, aiming to reduce WIP, debt, costs, and promote contract growth, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
* Maintain a customer-focused approach across all operational areas and foster effective relationships with key client contacts.
* Deliver effective business communication through advice, reviews, leadership, and participation in management meetings, briefings, forums, reports, and publications.
* Create a learning environment with appropriate training and development plans. Ensure employees are fully competent and can reach their full potential.

Experience Required:
* Previous contract management experience and good knowledge of building services and legislation.
* Experience in Facilities Management; technical background is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
* Understanding of Health and Safety issues; NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent training is desirable.
* Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.
* Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and delivering services within time constraints.
